This raspberry and apricot fruit Sour has a light base of Heidelberg malt mixed with wheat to lend a fluffy texture. An overnight tartness and ripe fruity character, from a cold addition of puree and juice, make this ultra-drinkable and refreshing. Fresh, juicy and bright.

Vegan friendly, but unfortunately not Gluten free.
